GUIDELINES - PLEASE READ:

All donation requests must be submitted no later than three weeks in advance of your event and no more than three months out from your event.
Requests will be reviewed and considered in the order it was received, but you may not receive your donation until closer to your event date should the request be approved.
The organization requesting the donation will be contacted by email, regardless of whether or not the request is approved.
Each organization is only able to receive one donation per calendar year.
Organization must be located in the State of Texas to be approved .
IMPORTANT: Certificate for tickets is the standard donation. All certificates will be mailed to the organization address provided. Redeem the certificate at Dell Diamond Ticket Window and receive four (4) reserved seat tickets. Valid for Sunday-Thursday regular season Round Rock Express games. Subject to availability. No cash value. No Phone Reservations. Excludes Independence Day Celebration.
